Born and resident in Hull, Steve developed a keen interest in artwork as a child. Pencil drawing, passed many hours of Steve’s childhood and adult years. Self taught he enjoys putting his eye for detail into practice, using black ink and pencil his favourite mediums, creating portraits of famous people, using his developed inspiration from his love of film and music. Becoming a Bespoke Cabinet Maker from college, it has been in recent years Steve’s found more time on his hands, to explore other mediums including oils, watercolour and acrylic. Steve has also explored landscape painting and is currently building up his art portfolio.
Having no professional training Steve continues to develop his passion and finds nothing but pure relaxation from his artwork. Steve is ambitious and keen to share his knowledge, experience and talent with fellow
